Editorial Perspective
ServicesRevenue is the technology service industries’ diary of the challenges and successes of marketing and selling services with the intent of delighting customers and generating profitable revenue.  We focus on the following areas:

  • Stories based on experience: detailed accounts of service introductions, programs, projects or sales campaigns. While stories with happy endings are great, we learn more from mistakes. Submissions that address what went wrong and lessons-learned are welcomed.
  • What’s new?  Who is on the leading edge of service selling and marketing? What are they doing? How did they do it? What actually worked?
  • Rigorous Analysis: extending the learning of Services-Dominant Logic and Services Science
  • Other Ideas: We're always open to new and crazy ideas. We'll run your idea by our subscribers and ask them to vote on it.
